Q. This website isn't showing properly on my computer

A. Please ensure you are using the most up to date version of the browser you are using.These are:

• Internet Explorer: 9 (Windows 7 and Vista) or 8 (Windows XP). To upgrade visit windows update.
• Firefox: 5.0. To upgrade visit the firefox homepage.
• Chrome: 13.0. Should update automatically.
• Safari: 5.1. To ugprade, use Apple Software Update. In Mac OS, click the apple menu and select "Software Update". In Windows, go to Start (if you are on XP, all programs) and click "Apple Software Update"

Q. I can't open .docx files, can you provide them in an alternative version?

A: The .docx format was released in 2007 and has since become the standard version used on all our files as it provides superior formatting across the range of platforms we use. For users without Microsoft Office 2007+, Microsoft provide a free converter for older versions (Microsoft Office 2000 - 2003) and a free viewer for those without Microsoft Office at all.
