Haddo House Choral & Operatic Society

HHCOS rehearsals are held on Thursday evenings at 7.15 - 9.30pm and run all year. Alice Dennis is the Musical Director and takes rehearsals alongside rehearsal pianist (and society chairman) Jerry Dennis.

HHCOS produces an opera, a choral concert and several carol concerts annually and is run entirely by volunteers.The Society uses professional soloists, orchestras and conductors, giving local people in the chorus the opportunity to work alongside professioanls at the top of their game.

New members are welcome to come and sing and can join at any time. All abilities are catered for, there are at present 70 - 90 members ranging  from 16 to over 80 years of age.  As with all the groups at Haddo, there are no auditions to join.
